Project and Installation
At this stage, the client's requirements are known, the installation site is visited and the necessary information is obtained to present the possible solutions. After the budget has been delivered and approved, the work plan is drawn up to carry out the corresponding installation.
When ICAT Solutions delivers the project to the client, a 15-day trial period begins, where the last adjustments and different tests will be made, to guarantee the optimal functioning of the installed system.
Repair
Repairs are a reactive system: if something does not work, it is a matter of repairing or replacing until it works well. You can only fix what doesn't work. Until that happens, nothing is done. It is an unforeseen cost for customers that is not done in a planned way, only the repair or replacement should be done as soon as it occurs.
Maintenance
The objective of preventive or corrective maintenance is to anticipate possible failures, carrying out periodic inspections and applying the necessary measures.
Maintenance service guarantees the perfect functioning of the installed equipment, such as video surveillance systems, security alarms, fire alarms, access control and computer network systems, among others.
